"Window shopping"

Hey guys, so today my grandma and I decided to have a girly day in London, specifically covent garden (although we ended up walking through bond street, picadilly and so on). As soon as we got to covent garden we decided we wanted a drink and headed for the Ladurée (one of my all time favourite places in the world, I mean how could you not love it there). It wasn't my first time at the Ladurée but last time I went with my friend and we just picked some macaroons to take away whereas this time my grandma and I went upstairs where there was a sit down cafe/restraunt. As soon as you walk upstairs you get this delicate French vibe, the colours, furniture and just the way they set everything out. It was gorgoeus.

So as we sat down we looked straight at the menu's and I decided on of course a green tea (typical Maija) and both my grandma and I got the ISPAHAN macaron which was a Rose flavoured macaron filled with rose petal and lychee cream, and embellished with fresh raspberries.
It was honestly the most delishious thing I had ever tasted.

After finishing every last crumb (haha), we went back downstairs to leave but not before getting a few mini macaroons to take home. We then set off on our "window shopping". For me window shopping is the worst and best thing, because it's so fun looking at bags and pairing it with outfits but then again it's so hard not to just walk out the shop with it on your shoulder.

Walking down bond street will always be one of my favourite things, it just reminds me of a scene from devil wears Prada of something. I loved looking at all the new spring/summer stock.
We passed a cute little flower stall on our walk down bond street (I kinda love flowers a lot).

We then walked towards Picadily and walked down the Burlington Ardcade which I absolutely adored it was so cute I loved all the little shops. Funny story, I saw a glove boutique whilst walking down the arcade and have now decided I want a "afternoon tea party" for my 15th birthday party and that I really want to go to afternoon tea, haha.

Anyway this post it pretty much me just blabbing on about how much I love shopping and the Ladurée and now apparently I love afternoon tea parties, haha.

I just looked at the time and realised this all actually happened yesterday now, woops.

Portobello Market

hey guys, I have honestly been so excited to write this post. Today, my mum and I went with my best friend and her mum to portobello market. Ive been wanting to go there for a while now since my mum told me about it, (I'm kinda  a sucker for markets).

I'm not going to lie and say it was the best market I've ever been to, but it really was quite cute. I fell in love with the pastel coloured houses. If only it could have been a sunnier day...
After wondering around the streets for a while, in the process coming across some 'different' ideas- there where crisps on a stick. Which me and my best friend found rather intriguing, "I mean how are you supposed to get the crisps on the sticks without them breaking" we were wondering this until we figured that they slid the potatoes on the stick before frying them into crisps, haha.

My best friend and I being the bubble tea addicts that we are then noticed people walking past us with 'bubbleology cups' and so headed off in a trek to find the shop. On the way we went passed a hat stall, and I have recently fell in love with floppy hats. So when I saw they had almost a replica to the one I was about to order online from asos I couldn't resist trying it on and then fell in love with it even more, and it just just too nice to leave behind.

We then eventually found bubbleology. I got a strawberry tea with strawberry and passion fruit boba (juice balls).

I loved all the different fashion stalls whether they were old retro clothes or brand new they all had so much originality in them. I'm hoping to go back in maybe the summer when the weathers warmed up a bit and I can actually stay outside with out freezing my butt off, haha.

Anyway so its easter tomorrow, I hope everyone has a perfect day spent with their family and friends (and remember a little chocolate never hurt nobody, haha).

Spring Break, at long last!

hey guys, its been a while, and when I say its been a while I really do mean that. I haven't really had a lot to write about at the moment as I've just been at school yet its now spring break and I'm off of school for just under a month so I'm determined to get more posts up.

So far its been two days into my holidays and I've just really laid around the house but I think I've just needed the rest haha. Are you guys going abroad this holiday? I'm not (unfortunately) yet I'm hoping to just meet up with my friends and spend time with my family.

At the moment I'm listening to music and looking for clothes online to update my wardrobe so its more suitable for spring. I'm pretty much in love with every single shops spring stock, if only I could buy it all... haha.

Looking out my window now I see all the pretty pink blossom growing on the trees, I love this time of year all the pretty flowers start coming back, it gets lighter later and the weather begins to build up to the summer sunshine.

I know this is a pretty boring post but l promise to update you guys soon on something much more interesting.
